Back in the spring of 2017 I asked Liza if she wanted to meet up once a week to talk about life and Jesus, and lucky for me she said yes. Over the past 2 years we’ve forged a sweet friendship over many chats in almost every coffee shop in Fishers. It’s always extra special when I get to take my friend’s photos and getting to take Liza’s was no exception. She starts her first day of college classes today, and my Wednesday afternoons won’t be the same without her, but I’m so excited for what’s in store for her at Ball State. Onward and upward!
Back in February I got to meet up with my friend Esther in a studio and take some updated headshots of each other. It was such a fun space to get to work in and Esther took so many pictures of me that I LOVE!
On an unbelievably cold and snowy day in January I got to meet up with my friends Matt and Anna in the warmth of their first home and take some photographs in that beautiful space. Part of the reason of why I LOVE in-home sessions is that I think capturing these spaces will serve as such sweet memories down the road when their house has transformed or once they’ve moved on to a new home. I love how these photographs represent the beauty that can be found in the everyday <3
